Refund & Returns Policy

CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg is backed by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — a 30-day guarantee. It is subject to the conditions, exclusions, and procedures described in this Policy. As advertised: take it daily for up to 30 days. If the fog, the tired afternoons, the stiff mornings or your kidney numbers haven’t budged, email us for a full refund. And keep the bag. No receipts. No questions. No restocking fee, no small print. Your order number is all we need to get started.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund of the product price you actually paid for your CellScience order (minus any deductions described in this Policy) within 30 calendar days of the date the carrier marks your order as delivered, subject to all of the following requirements.

1.1 Eligibility requirements

• You request the refund within 30 calendar days of the recorded delivery date by emailing support with your order number, and you receive a refund authorization before sending anything back. Product sent back without a refund authorization may be refused or discarded without refund.
• You keep the bag — that is the promise. The bag you opened never needs to come back. For orders of more than one bag, we may ask you to return the unopened bags (we provide the instructions and, where we choose, a prepaid label) before the refund is issued.
• Where a prepaid label is not provided, return shipping is at your expense via a trackable service. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit without tracking.
• Add-on services (including Shipping Protection) and the Try Before You Buy shipping charge are not refundable once your order has shipped. Free gifts, free bonus bags, and digital guides have no cash value.

1.2 Conditions on the refund

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, check, store credit, or to a different person or payment method.
• Refunds are processed after your request is verified (and, where we requested a return, after the return is received), typically within 3–7 business days. Once authorized, your card issuer determines when funds appear; typical timing is 5–10 business days, which we do not control and do not guarantee.
• Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
• If you used a promotional code, discount, or free-gift offer, the refund is calculated on the discounted amount actually paid.
• Multi-bag orders (including the 3-bag and 5-bag supplies) are refunded in their entirety when the order is returned as described above. If you choose to keep additional bags, the refund is calculated, at our discretion, by deducting the standalone single-bag price of what you keep from the amount paid.
• We reserve the right to issue a partial refund where, in our sole discretion, the order does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

1.3 CellScience VIP and Try Before You Buy

• CellScience VIP: cancelling by email stops future renewals. A renewal shipment may be returned under this guarantee within 30 days of its own delivery; refunds apply only to the most recent delivered cycle, not to earlier cycles.
• Try Before You Buy (either plan): cancelling before day 14 by emailing support means the day-14 charge is never made. The $6.99 shipping charge is not refundable once the bag has shipped. The bag charged on day 14 is covered by this guarantee for 30 days from its own delivery. On the monthly plan, each later bag is covered for 30 days from its own delivery, and cancelling by email stops future charges but does not refund a bag already shipped.

1.4 Limits and anti-abuse

• Limit one guarantee refund per customer, household, payment method, or shipping address in any rolling 12-month period. The guarantee covers your first purchase of CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg, not repeat purchases.
• We may decline refunds to any account, household, payment method, or shipping address that we determine, in our sole discretion, has engaged in fraud, refund abuse, resale, or violation of our Terms.
• We may require additional verification or information before authorizing a refund.
• Refund of one order does not entitle you to a refund of any other order, future order, or any portion of any VIP membership.

2. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of what you received. We will, at our election, replace the affected items or refund the affected portion of your order. Replacement is our preferred and primary remedy for fulfillment errors.

3. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us and allow us to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback on a transaction that is eligible for resolution under this Policy, we may treat the guarantee as forfeited for that transaction, dispute the chargeback with full transaction records, recover any chargeback fees we incur, and decline future orders.

4. Consumable product; no warranty

CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg is a consumable dietary supplement. Except for the guarantee expressly described in this Policy, no warranty of any kind is provided, and all implied warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law (see Terms, Sections 12–13). The remedies in this Policy are your sole and exclusive remedies for any product or transaction.

5. How to start

Email support with your order number. That’s the whole requirement. You will receive a refund authorization with any next steps. This Policy may be updated at any time; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
