1. Dietary supplement; structure/function only

CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg is a dietary supplement (a natural astaxanthin softgel) intended to support the normal structure and function of the body. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a drug, not a medical device, and not a substitute for medical care. Any statement about kidneys, brain, energy, eyes, joints, gut, or skin describes a structure/function benefit only.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on the Site, packaging, advertising, social media, or any other CellScience material is medical advice or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Studies, results, and testimonials

References to clinical research describe published studies of natural astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae, in the doses and, in some cases, alongside other ingredients used in those studies. They describe the ingredient, not results achieved with CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg itself. Timelines such as “weeks 1–2” or “14–28 days” are what participants in those studies or our voluntary customer panel reported, not a promise. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your outcome; reviewers may have received the product free or at a discount.

4. Who should NOT use CellScience, or should ask a physician first

Do not use CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg if any of the following applies, unless your physician approves use in advance:

• You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient listed on the label (including astaxanthin, carotenoids, algae, or any component of the softgel shell or carrier oil).
• You are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing.
• You are under 18. CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg is for adults only.
• Your immune system is weakened, you take immunosuppressant medication, you are undergoing chemotherapy, or you are seriously ill or hospitalized.
• You take a blood thinner (for example warfarin or aspirin therapy), a blood-pressure medication, a hormone medication, or any other prescription medication — astaxanthin and other carotenoids may interact with medications.
• You manage blood-sugar levels, or you follow a medically restricted diet.
• You have reduced kidney function, are on dialysis, have a liver condition, or have any other chronic condition under a physician’s care.
• You have surgery scheduled: stop use at least two weeks before any procedure unless your surgeon says otherwise.

5. Safe-use requirements

• Use only as directed on the label: one softgel daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
• Astaxanthin is a deep-red pigment; at high intake the skin may take on a faint reddish or orange tint, and stools may be discolored. This is expected with carotenoids and resolves when intake stops.
• Do not give to children; keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Store in a cool, dry place, sealed in the original packaging. Do not use if the seal is broken or the softgels are leaking, stuck together, or discolored.
• Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction, including rash, hives, swelling, digestive upset that does not settle, or any unexpected symptom.
• A dietary supplement is not a replacement for a varied diet, exercise, or medical care.

6. Assumption of risk

BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY CELLSCIENCE PRODUCT, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ITS USE OR MISUSE, including without limitation allergic or sensitivity reactions, digestive discomfort, interactions with medications or other supplements, or aggravation of an existing condition, whether or not such risk was foreseeable and whether or not caused in part by your failure to follow the label directions or this Disclaimer. This assumption of risk applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CellScience LLC and the Indemnified Parties described in the Terms of Service from any claim arising out of your use or misuse of any CellScience product, your failure to follow this Disclaimer or the label directions, or any medical condition that made the product unsuitable for you.

8. No warranty of outcome

We make no warranty of any particular result, of suitability for your body, or of fitness for any particular purpose. See the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service, which apply to this Disclaimer in full.

9. Adverse-event reporting

If you experience a serious reaction, stop use and contact your physician; for emergencies contact emergency services. You may also report a serious adverse event associated with a dietary supplement to the FDA through MedWatch. We ask (but do not require) that you also report the event to support with your order number, the batch number on the bag, and a description, so we can investigate. Reporting does not create any liability, admission, or obligation on our part.

10. International users

CellScience™ Astaxanthin 12mg is formulated and labeled for the United States market. If you purchase from or bring the product into another country, you do so at your own risk, are responsible for compliance with local law (including import and supplement regulations), and agree that this Disclaimer, the Terms, and Delaware law govern to the maximum extent permitted.

We may update this Disclaimer at any time by posting a revised version. Your use of any CellScience product constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer, including the assumption of risk in Section 6.
