Legal notices
Legal notices must be sent to support@trycellscience.com with the subject line “Legal Notice,” per the Terms of Service. Notices sent by phone, to social media, or to any other channel, or without that subject line, are not effective legal notice.

Support is provided for our products and orders only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue correspondence that is abusive, threatening, vexatious, or repetitive, without further response and without affecting your order rights under our posted policies. Email is not a secure channel — please do not send full payment-card numbers or sensitive health information.
